About Boost Suite

Boost Suite publishes free, step-by-step guides to forming and running an LLC in the United States: how to file in each state, what it costs, which recurring filings are due, and which services are worth paying for. The site is published by ACCORP LLC and written by the Boost Suite Editorial Team.

Why Boost Suite exists

Forming an LLC is a public process with public prices. The forms, fees, and deadlines are all published by state agencies. Yet most people meet them through a formation service’s checkout page, where the state fee is bundled with add-ons they may not need.

Boost Suite exists to show the official path first. For every state, we explain what the state actually requires, what it charges, and how long it takes, with links to the official sources. Then, for readers who prefer to pay someone to handle it, we review the services that do it and compare what they charge, what each plan includes, and what the fine print says.

What we publish

  • State filing guides for all 50 states and D.C.: formation steps, filing fees, processing times, annual reports, and other recurring requirements.
  • Service reviews and comparisons: registered agents, LLC formation and online legal services, and PEO providers.
  • Free tools: a business entity search and a business name generator.

Our history

Boost Suite has not always been about LLCs. Before 2021, boostsuite.com belonged to a software company and had nothing to do with LLC formation. In 2021, the domain changed hands and was relaunched as a guide to LLC formation; our oldest guides still online date from that year. In 2023, ACCORP LLC took over the site and has published it since.

In 2026, we moved to a single team byline and rebuilt our editorial and legal pages so that readers can see who publishes the site, how our guides are produced, and how we make money. We also removed older content that no longer met our standards.

Who is behind Boost Suite

Boost Suite is a brand of ACCORP LLC.

Our guides are researched, edited, and fact-checked by the Boost Suite Editorial Team. We publish under a single team byline, and ACCORP LLC is accountable for everything published under the Boost Suite name. The Editorial Team page explains how the team works, how we evaluate services, and which guides have been reviewed by an outside attorney.

How we make money

Boost Suite is free to read and is funded by affiliate commissions. When a reader signs up for a service through some of our links, the provider may pay us a commission, at no extra cost to the reader. Our affiliate partnerships cover the categories we review: LLC formation and online legal services, registered agents, and PEO providers.
