These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of boostsuite.com (the “Site”). The Site is published by ACCORP LLC, a Delaware limited liability company (Delaware file number 2434882), under the Boost Suite brand (“Boost Suite,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.
1. About Boost Suite and affiliate links
Boost Suite publishes educational content about forming and running a business in the United States, including LLC formation, registered agents, and PEOs. Some links on the Site are affiliate links. If you click a link to a provider and make a purchase, Boost Suite may receive a commission at no additional cost to you.

2. No legal, tax, or professional advice
The content on the Site is for general informational and educational purposes only. Boost Suite is not a law firm, an accounting firm, or a professional advisor, and nothing on the Site is legal, tax, financial, or other professional advice. Using the Site or contacting us does not create an attorney-client or any other professional relationship.
Consult a qualified attorney, accountant, or other licensed professional before making decisions about forming a company, taxes, or compliance.
3. Eligibility and use of the Site
By using the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. You agree to use the Site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Site, including articles, text, graphics, logos, and other materials, is owned by ACCORP LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Site for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent, except as allowed for templates in Section 5.
5. Templates and downloadable documents
We offer templates, such as LLC operating agreement templates, for download. You may download, complete, and use them for your own business or personal purposes. You may not resell, redistribute, or republish them as templates, in whole or in part, without our written permission.
Templates are general starting points provided “as is.” Unless a template page says otherwise, they have not been reviewed by an attorney. You are responsible for making sure that any document you use fits your situation and the law of your state.
6. Tools
Our business entity search relies on public records and other data sources that may be incomplete or out of date. Always confirm results with the relevant government office before relying on them. Names suggested by our business name generator are not checked for availability or trademark conflicts; check them in your state’s business records and the USPTO trademark database before you use one.
7. User content
If you submit comments or other content to the Site (“User Content”), you grant Boost Suite a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, distribute, and display that User Content in connection with the Site.
You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to submit your User Content and that it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. We may remove any User Content at our discretion.
8. Emails
If you give us your email address, for example through our contact form, we use it to reply to you. We don’t send marketing emails. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
9. DMCA copyright policy
We respect intellectual property rights. If you believe that content on the Site infringes your copyright, you may send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) to our designated agent:

11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, ACCORP LLC and its owners, affiliates, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, arising from or related to your use of the Site or your reliance on its content.
12. Third-party links and services
The Site contains links to third-party websites and services. We are not responsible for their content, terms, or privacy practices. Any purchase you make from a provider is governed by that provider’s own terms. You access third-party sites at your own risk.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
14. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page shows the latest version. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
15. Electronic communications
By using the Site, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, by email or through notices posted on the Site. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that a communication be in writing.
