When starting a business in Nevada, you must find a limited liability company (LLC) formation service that will assist you with your business registration process. A lot of companies sell LLC services in Nevada, but trying to find one that’s reliable and affordable is like trying to find a parking spot at the mall on a weekend.
The right LLC Service will make sure your business is set up correctly with the Nevada Secretary of State in good time so that you can concentrate on more important business activities.
The wrong LLC Service will overcharge you for substandard services and delay your paperwork, ultimately resulting in lost business revenue.
To assist you with choosing the best formation service for your business, I have investigated 18 LLC services in Nevada through a four-stage, five-factor review process to find the 10 best. Below are the results of my findings:
1. Northwest Registered Agent: 9.45/10 (Best Overall LLC Service)
Northwest Registered Agent is the best LLC service in Nevada because of the industry-leading customer support that it provides as well as its affordable formation package.
Pros
Northwest Registered Agent’s formation package includes services such as assistance with filing your articles of organization and drafting your operating agreement, a business name and address in Nevada, and a 90-day free trial of Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) service.
Northwest also includes compliance alerts that will remind you of upcoming filing deadlines, a business tax consultation, a full year of their registered agent service, and an online document storage portal.
It also provides additional comprehensive services, such as access to an employer identification number (EIN), a Certificate of Good Standing, and state-certified copies of your formation documents.
Northwest Registered Agent’s formation package has a standard cost of $225 but BoostSuite readers can get a special 82% discount. This discount drastically reduces the package price to an affordable $39.
But even with that amazing deal, it’s Northwest’s customer support department that is arguably its best feature.
Also referred to as Corporate Guides, they are a US-based team of former accountants, lawyers, and entrepreneurs who have extensive experience starting and running a business in the Silver State. They not only assist you with your business setup process but they are available to offer credible business advice when you encounter challenges during your business adventure.
This type of support service becomes far more valuable when you consider that a number of exclusive business advisors charge as much as $5,000 a day for overhyped business counseling.
Cons
The only problem with Northwest is a lack of services that help your business build an online presence, such as a personalized business website, an email service, or a registered domain name.
There’s no need to worry about this, though, because you can get these services from any number of websites like Squarespace or Wix.
Overall
Northwest Registered Agent is the best limited liability company (LLC) formation service in Nevada. Its $39 formation package provides all the essential services for forming a Nevada LLC, including a free year of registered agent service.
Its Corporate Guides assist you during your business formation process and provide industry-leading small business advice whenever you encounter challenges during your business journey.
2. ZenBusiness: 8.25/10 (Best Essentials LLC Service)
ZenBusiness has a phenomenal price of only $0 (plus filing fee), but it will ultimately cost you more because it doesn’t include free registered agent service or small business advice.
Pros
ZenBusiness will give you all the essential services you need to start your LLC for only $0. It will run a business name availability search, check the information on your formation documents, and file the paperwork for you.
In its Pro package ($199), ZenBusiness provides assistance with your operating agreement and expedited filing (around four to six days). Its Premium package comes with rush filing (one to two days), a custom tool to build your website, a domain name, and an email address.
To top it off, its customer service team is available during extended weekday hours, and on Sundays too.
Cons
While it’s great that ZenBusiness allows you to establish your LLC for just the cost of state fees, if you need anything beyond the essentials, you’ll pay more than its initial $0 fee for it.
Unlike some other LLC service providers on my list, ZenBusiness doesn’t offer free registered agent service. It charges $199 per year for it. So, you’ll pay the full price for your registered agent service your first year.
While its customer service provides prompt and efficient service and can help you with any questions you have throughout the formation process, they’re not equipped to handle things like answering business questions or supplying you with legal advice.
Overall
For an incredible $0, ZenBusiness will supply you with all the essential services you need to set up your LLC. It will check that your business name is available, ensure that your information is correct, and file your formation documents for you. And its customer service team is available during extended hours to answer questions.
If you need registered agent service, it will cost you more than ZenBusiness’ $0 LLC service package. But it provides worry-free compliance and a 100% accuracy guarantee that can put your mind at ease.

3. Harbor Compliance: 7.15/10 (Best Premium LLC Service)
Harbor Compliance is the best premium limited liability company (LLC) service provider on this list because just like Northwest, it also provides top-notch customer support.
Pros
Harbor Compliance’s basic package offers services such as a draft operating agreement template, assistance with filing your articles of organization, a business name and address in Nevada, and a free year of registered agent service.
However, its best feature has got to be its customer support. Unlike most services where you dial a hotline and connect to numerous service personnel after several frustrating redirects, Harbor Compliance provides you with your own personal guide who is aware of the problems you're facing and is available during normal business hours to provide reliable business advice.
Cons
The only drawback with Harbor Compliance is the cost of its services. The basic formation package goes for $399, while the special Compliance package costs $799.
This is significantly more expensive than what most LLC services charge for their services, and this cost is out of reach for many people, especially those who are just starting out in the business world and don’t have a lot of money to invest in a premium LLC formation service.
Overall
Harbor Compliance offers great services that ensure your business is set up correctly with the Nevada Secretary of State and they are the only service provider on this list that provides a dedicated support representative who walks you through your business formation process.
So if you are willing to pay $399 for a personal guide who is always available to advise you throughout your business journey, visit Harbor Compliance today.
4. Rocket Lawyer
Rocket Lawyer is an online legal services company that also offers very basic LLC formation services, such as filing your articles of organization and an online document storage portal. It charges $99 for these services.
Rocket Lawyer’s customer support is staffed by a highly qualified team of lawyers who are ready to not only provide assistance during your LLC formation process, but also answer any legal question you might have.
But its LLC and registered agent services take a backseat to the online legal services. For an in-depth look at its services, read my full Rocket Lawyer review.
5. Swyft Filings
Swyft Filings, a relative newcomer in the LLC formation business, offers a $49 basic package that provides services such as filing your articles of organization on your behalf, an online document storage portal, a 30-minute tax consultation with its in-house accountants, and free business domain registration for a year.
However, it doesn’t provide a free year of registered agent service. For that you need to upgrade to its $149 service. This inflated cost is not justified considering Northwest charges $110 less for a year’s worth of registered agent services.
Despite the cost, Swyft Filings still offers reliable services and its customer support is very helpful.
To learn more about these services, read my Swyft Filings review.
6. MyCompanyWorks
MyCompanyWorks offers a $79 basic package that includes essential services such as filing your formation documents, an online document storage portal, compliance alerts, and a draft operating agreement template. If you require access to its one year of registered agent service, you need to purchase the $279 Premium package.
Despite the hefty price, MyCompanyWorks has favorable customer feedback, with an average rating of 4.9/5 out of 3,500 online reviews, and its customer support is excellent.
7. Inc Authority
Inc Authority tries to pass itself off as a budget LLC formation service but is anything but.
It charges $0 for assistance with filing your articles of organization, but every other comprehensive offering incurs an extra cost.
For instance, to get a company seal, an EIN, or a draft operating agreement template, you need to upgrade to the $399 package. And if that’s not absurd enough, its one year registered agent service is only accessible in its $799 Premium Package!
If all you need is a Nevada LLC formation service that will file your formation documents at no cost, ZenBusiness is a better option than Inc Authority.
8. Incorporate Fast
Incorporate Fast does exactly what its name suggests—processes every new business filing the same day it’s received, which no other Nevada LLC formation provider on this list promises.
It has a $99 basic package that consists of assistance with filing your articles of organization, a couple of document templates to assist with establishing your business in the state of Nevada, and a free year of registered agent services.
When you consider that Northwest Registered Agent charges half of this amount for its basic package, you realize that Incorporate Fast does not provide good value. However, if you are in a rush to file your formation documents, you can check out its services here.
9. BizFilings
BizFilings charges the same amount of money for its base package as Incorporate Fast. But this package includes the bare essentials, such as assistance with your formation documents, compliance alerts, and a free year of registered agent service.
It does not offer assistance with your operating agreement, an online document storage portal, or a business tax consultation.
You are essentially paying more for less.
10. LegalZoom
LegalZoom is another legal services company that offers below par services. Its $99 plan offers assistance with filing your formation documents and a banking solution and that’s all.
LegalZoom offers good legal services but if you need more comprehensive LLC services, you are better off with a full-time Nevada limited liability company provider such as Northwest.
Other Nevada LLC Services
I included eight more Nevada LLC service providers in my review. However, they offer such substandard services that they do not warrant a full review. I have briefly described them below in no particular order.
11. Incorporate.com
Incorporate.com sells the same minimal services as LegalZoom and Rocket Lawyer. Its $99 basic package only offers assistance with your formation documents and an online document storage portal.
12. CorpNet
For $79, CorpNet files your formation documents and provides compliance alerts to keep you in good standing with the Secretary of State. That’s all.
13. IncParadise
IncParadise is a Nevada-exclusive LLC service provider that charges $89 to assist with filing your articles of organization and drafting your operating agreement. Any other comprehensive service incurs a higher cost.
14. MyCorporation
MyCorporation provides the same services as IncParadise but has inflated its formation service cost from $89 to $133.
15. Direct Incorporation
Direct Incorporation offers the same level of services as IncParadise and MyCorporation at a cost of $147. But, unlike these two, Direct Incorporation has added a banking resolution and an EIN as part of its formation package.
16. InCorp
InCorp will assist with drafting your operating agreement and also file your articles of organization for $117.
17. Nationwide Incorporations
Nationwide Incorporations provides the same services as InCorp but charges $200 for this privilege.
18. SunDoc Filings
SunDoc Filings’ $79 basic package assists you with filing your business formation documents while its $99 Key package and $279 Premier package provides an operating agreement template and access to an EIN, respectively.
The Best LLC Service Review Summary
After spending countless days investigating these Nevada LLC formation services, I concluded that Northwest Registered Agent is the best LLC service provider in the state of Nevada.
For just $39, it provides all the essential services you need to start your Nevada LLC or small business, including assistance with submitting your articles of organization on your behalf, a free business tax consultation with their in-house accountants, 90-day free VoIP service, an online document storage portal, compliance alerts to keep you in good standing with the Secretary of State, and one free year of registered agent service.
Its sign-up process is easy enough and its highly experienced Corporate Guides are available to assist you when challenges arise during your business journey.
If you’re in the market for a reliable and affordable Nevada LLC service provider, look no further than Northwest Registered Agent.
* Any fees/costs mentioned represent a per state per year outlay, unless they refer to a once-off filing fee.
Best LLC Service Review Methodology
This is the procedure I followed to determine the best LLC services in the state of Nevada.
Why You Should Trust Me
You should trust me with your Nevada LLC service recommendations because I've spent more time and energy delving into the LLC services industry than just about anybody I know.
It all started when I decided to start my first business. Back then, I didn’t have the necessary knowledge to submit my business formation documents with the Secretary of State’s office myself, so I decided to hire an LLC service provider. However, the company I chose turned out to be overpriced and its services were quite shoddy. (It has improved by leaps and bounds since then.)
When it came time to establish my second business, I chose Northwest Registered Agent as my LLC service provider because of its affordable formation package that provided all the services I needed to start my business, including a full year of registered agent service.
For my third business venture, I had accrued enough capital that time around and I chose the services of a premium LLC formation provider, and my obvious choice was Harbor Compliance. I wanted to take advantage of its personal support representative who would assist me during my setup process.
My experience, however, is not limited to using just these services. I have also spent a lot of time and resources assisting people with choosing the right LLC services for their businesses. It is the main reason I started this website, and since then I’ve assisted over 1,000 people to choose the best LLC formation provider for their businesses.
How I Selected the Best Nevada LLC Service
I used the following four-stage process while reviewing the LLC services on this list.
Stage 1: Reviews
This initial stage involved reviewing the thousands of online reviews of the 18 most popular LLC services in Nevada.
This meant going through the major business review websites such as TrustPilot, Google Business, Facebook, and the Better Business Bureau. Many companies urge their customers to leave comments about their experiences (whether good or bad) on these sites, making it a good place to start.
This analysis allowed me to understand which Nevada LLC services were scams and which sold legitimate services.
Stage 2: Website Analysis
After weeding out the fake services, I jumped onto the websites of the remaining LLC formation services to go over every claim and promise that they made, including the types of services they sell and their prices.
This allowed me to understand the services offered by each Nevada LLC service provider and how they differentiated themselves from the competition.
Stage 3: Speaking With Actual Customers
The third stage was to speak with actual customers. This involved contacting people I had recommended an LLC service to previously and asking them about their experiences with their LLC service providers, especially on issues like how intuitive their systems were, how quickly they filed documents, and how effective their customer support was.
This process allowed me to understand which companies sold reliable services and which offered substandard services.
Stage 4: Speaking With Sales Teams
The final stage involved contacting the sales department of each LLC service provider and pretending to be interested in some of its services. The motive here was to find out how well its sales personnel promoted its services.

Rating Factors
After investigating each LLC provider through my four-stage process, I used the following five factors to rank each company.
Factor 1: Offerings
The first factor I used to assess each LLC service was the packages they offered.
Some companies provide just the bare essentials you need to form an LLC and establish your business in Nevada, such as assistance with filing your formation documents, and then they leave you to figure out the rest for yourself.
Other services provide a full suite of services in their basic formation packages, including an operating agreement template, a consultation with their in-house accountants, access to an EIN, a banking resolution, an online document storage portal, and even a full year of their registered agent services.
There was a major disparity in the types of services offered by every company and that was a good place to start my ranking process.
Factor 2: Price
The next factor I considered was the cost of services. Some companies will charge an unreasonable amount of money for very basic services, while there are those like Northwest Registered Agent that bundle their best services into one sweet, inexpensive package.
I organized my list in such a way that the companies that offered the best bang-for-buck services were at the top of the list followed by the more expensive brands with less value for money.
Factor 3: Ease of Sign-Up
Some services have outdated systems that make it hard for users to fill in their details during the sign-up process while others have very well-designed and user-friendly systems that save you time and energy during your LLC registration process.
I signed up with each LLC service provider to find out which one required the least time and effort to navigate.
Factor 4: Ease of Use
After going through the sign-up section, I discovered that some systems are so outdated that you’d think they were designed on Windows 98, while others have simple and easy-to-navigate systems that provide pre-filled information and, in most instances, all that is needed is a signature to conclude the registration process.
I used this fourth ranking factor to assess how easy each company’s website was to navigate.
Factor 5: Customer Service
The final factor was how each company’s customer support department dealt with less-than-positive feedback. This meant contacting the customer care personnel and pushing them for answers on some of the negative comments they received from various online platforms.
This allowed me to understand how each LLC service provider dealt with negative feedback and how patient and helpful their customer service personnel were.
In Conclusion
After reviewing the 18 major LLC formation services in Nevada through my four-stage, five-factor process, I concluded that Northwest Registered Agent is my #1 choice for the best LLC service provider in the state.
Northwest’s $39 formation package provides all the essential services required to set up your Nevada LLC, including an operating agreement template, a free consultation, a free 90-day trial of VoIP service, a business name and address in Nevada, an online document storage portal, top-notch privacy of your documents, and a free year of registered agent service.
