12 Best New Hampshire Registered Agent Services (2024 Review)

12/03/2024

Choosing the right registered agent is a vital decision for your corporation or limited liability company (LLC) in New Hampshire.

The right New Hampshire registered agent will make sure that your New Hampshire LLC or corporation is compliant with the regulations of the New Hampshire Secretary of State, keep your personal information off the public record, and make sure that you never miss any important legal document or service of process for your business in New Hampshire.

The wrong New Hampshire registered agent can be careless with your personal information, leaving you vulnerable to cybercrime and identity theft, or be lax in their duties, resulting in your New Hampshire LLC or corporation falling out of good standing status with the New Hampshire Secretary of State or no longer being able to legally conduct business in the state of New Hampshire.

To make this list I investigated over 60 different noncommercial and commercial registered agents in New Hampshire, rated and ranked the top 12, and then wrote detailed reviews about the best 3. These are my choices for the best registered agent in New Hampshire:

1. Northwest Registered Agent — 9.13/10 (My Top Pick)

The reason Northwest Registered Agent tops my list is that they offer all the registered agent services you need for your New Hampshire LLC or corporation, they charge a competitive fee, and they have the best customer service team in the registered agent industry.

Pros

You'll find many reasons to like Northwest Registered Agent's New Hampshire registered agent service.

They provide your New Hampshire LLC or corporation with all the registered agent services it needs to function in a legal capacity. They will provide your business with a physical address in New Hampshire for someone to be available to receive service of process, legal documents, and mail at their registered office during regular business hours. They will also keep your personal information safe and off the public record, as well as forwarding your mail to you.

Northwest provides several features that feel like “extras.” They scan ALL your mail, legal documents, and service of process (not just your mail, unlike other registered agents) and upload them to an online portal for you to access with an online account and email address. They issue compliance filing alerts, as well, so that you never miss an important filing deadline (such as annual report filing) again. On top of all of that, they provide LLC formation services to help you file the Articles of Organization for your LLC or New Hampshire corporation to form an LLC with the Secretary of State.

Their sign-up process is painless and their online system is easy to get set up with (once you enter your email address and fill out the form to sign up for an online account). It's also user-friendly with an intuitive system that's easy to navigate.

Because Northwest Registered Agent is a national registered agent that has a registered office in all 50 states, you can sign up for registered agent services in multiple states or for multiple years from the same online portal, which is massively convenient. In fact, they provide a discount for signing up for registered agent service in multiple states or for multiple years.

But the real standout feature that they offer is lifelong access to their industry-leading customer support team.

Northwest takes a different approach to customer service than most registered agents in New Hampshire. In my experience, their customer service agents are polite and patient, and they offer effective solutions to problems. They listen to your problem or question carefully before they offer up any advice or solutions. This sort of attention to detail is not something that is frequently seen in the business world but is greatly appreciated.

Northwest Registered Agent has a team of US-based customer service agents who are all former small business owners, entrepreneurs, accountants, and lawyers. They use their experience not only to answer questions about the registered agent service and technical issues you may have with their online system or your online account, but also to answer any question that you may have regarding your New Hampshire LLC, corporation, or business entity. They are happy to answer any questions you may have regarding marketing, LLC formation, issues dealing with the New Hampshire Secretary of State, and more.

This sort of business advice can cost as much as $5000 per day, so the fact that Northwest Registered Agent charges only $125 per state, per year for the services makes them an excellent value.

Cons

The only downside to Northwest Registered Agent's service is that when you're in a hurry, their comprehensive approach to customer service can be a little frustrating.

There's really no way to call their customer service, ask a simple question, get a simple answer, get off the phone, and get back to work. In fact, there were a couple of times when I called their customer service line and they asked so many questions that I didn't have time to answer them all, so I was left without a resolution to my problem. In these instances, it's probably easier and more time-efficient to simply Google your question.

However, this is not a problem that you will encounter often. It only pops up when you're in an extreme hurry and just want to get back to your workday. Otherwise, Northwest Registered Agent's comprehensive approach to customer service is a breath of fresh air in the business industry.

Overall

Northwest Registered Agent provides all the services that your LLC or corporation needs to maintain its good standing status with the New Hampshire Secretary of State, they charge a fair fee of only $125 per state, per year, and their online system is a breeze to use.

When you also consider their industry-leading small business support and customer service team and how much every new LLC or corporation can use advice during their first years, it's easy to see why Northwest Registered Agent champions my list of the best registered agents in New Hampshire.

Whether you are a new LLC or New Hampshire corporation looking for a good New Hampshire registered agent, or you have been thinking about changing your registered agent, Northwest Registered Agent is the best registered agent New Hampshire has to offer.

2. Harbor Compliance — 7.92/10 (Best Budget Registered Agent)

If your LLC or corporation is on a tight budget or you simply don't want the extras that Northwest Registered Agent provides for some reason, Harbor Compliance is a good second choice because they only charge $99 per state, per year for their New Hampshire registered agent service.

Pros

You'll get the basic registered agent services that you need from a New Hampshire registered agent from Harbor Compliance, such as a registered office with a street address in the state of New Hampshire as the point of contact for your New Hampshire LLC or corporation, someone available to receive service of process, mail, and legal documents on behalf of your corporation or LLC during regular business hours, and mail forwarding.

They will also scan your legal documents and service of process notices, then upload them to an online system. Harbor Compliance issues compliance filing notifications, as well, so that you won't miss an important filing deadline (like filing your annual report) and your LLC or New Hampshire corporation will maintain its good standing status with the New Hampshire Secretary of State. They offer LLC formation services to help form an LLC and file the Articles of Organization for your corporation or New Hampshire LLC with the Secretary of State.

Harbor Compliance is also a national registered agent with an office address or physical street address in all 50 states, and they offer discounted rates when you sign up for registered agent service in multiple states.

Cons

There is only one drawback to Harbor Compliance's New Hampshire registered agent service, but it is a significant one. While Harbor Compliance is good at providing its New Hampshire registered agent services, it does not excel at any of the services it provides.

They provide all the services that your LLC or corporation needs to remain in good standing with the New Hampshire Secretary of State, but they don't provide any premium services or even any “extras.” Their customer service team is adequate and can walk you through any technical issue that you have with their online system or your online account and answer any questions that you may have about their New Hampshire registered agent service, but they aren't as thorough as Northwest Registered Agent's customer service team, and they don't offer business advice either.

So, all of Harbor Compliance's New Hampshire registered agent services are good, but none of them are great.

Overall

Harbor Compliance provides all the basic registered agent services that you need to keep your New Hampshire LLC or corporation in good standing, and they only charge $99 per state, per year for their services.

If you're comfortable passing up the excellent services that Northwest Registered Agent provides to save a measly $26 per year, read more about Harbor Compliance's New Hampshire registered agent service.

3. LegalZoom — 6.59/10 (Best Premium Service)

LegalZoom may be number three on my list of overall best registered agent services in New Hampshire, but they are my top choice for premium registered agent service in New Hampshire.

Pros

Using LegalZoom as your New Hampshire registered agent service means that your registered agent's name is known throughout the business industry. LegalZoom is a well-known name and they have a reputation for providing reliable business services. This business has been in existence for longer than mine, and it's likely to be around for a long time to come.

Their New Hampshire registered agent services will provide your LLC or corporation with all the registered agent services it needs to comply with the laws in the state of New Hampshire.

They will provide your LLC or corporation with a physical street address in the state of New Hampshire, be available to receive service of process, documents, and mail on behalf of your business, and scan the documents and service of process notices for your LLC or corporation and upload them to an online portal for you to access 24/7.

They will forward the mail for your LLC or corporation to you and provide compliance filing alerts for things like filing your annual report so that your LLC or corporation doesn't lose its legal good standing status with the New Hampshire Secretary of State.

On top of all the basic services, LegalZoom also offers your LLC or corporation up to $1 million in identity theft insurance and will cover the filing fee for changing your current registered agent service to theirs. In a world so dominated by technological advancements, the peace of mind given to small business, LLC, or corporation owners with identity theft insurance is quite valuable.

Cons

Unfortunately, it seems that when you use LegalZoom's New Hampshire registered agent services you're mostly paying for your registered agent's name and reputation, rather than quality registered agent services for your LLC or corporation.

LegalZoom's primary business services consist of online legal services and templated legal documents for corporations and LLCs. This means that their registered agent services are vastly neglected compared with their other services. For instance, their customer service team is not as knowledgeable about their New Hampshire registered agent services as it should be and their online system is clunky, glitchy, and frustrating to use.

LegalZoom charges $299 per state, per year for their premium New Hampshire registered agent services, which is steep, and you would think the extra expense could be explained by the identity theft insurance. However, there is a $176 difference between their fee and Northwest Registered Agent's and most identity theft insurance does not cost that much. You could easily sign up for Northwest Registered Agent's New Hampshire registered agent service, purchase identity theft insurance for your LLC or corporation from a third-party source, and have money left over for that price.

Overall

LegalZoom is a well-known name in the business industry, and if you use their New Hampshire registered agent service you will pay an expensive fee for their name and address. If you are already using LegalZoom's other business services, it may be worth it to you to sign up for their New Hampshire registered agent services to consolidate invoices. Otherwise, it's generally not worth it to pay such expensive rates for identity theft insurance for your LLC or corporation.

4. ZenBusiness

ZenBusiness is a New Hampshire registered agent service and LLC formation service that will not only provide you with all the services your New Hampshire LLC needs from a registered agent, but also help you form an LLC. However, they charge $199 for basic registered agent service.

They will provide your LLC or business in New Hampshire with a physical street address in the state, be available to receive service of process, mail, and documents on behalf of your business or LLC during normal business hours, give you online access to your documents and service of process notices through their online system with an online account and an email address, provide a worry-free compliance alert system, and forward the mail for your LLC your business to you.

However, they don't offer a free year of registered agent service, and their customer service doesn't offer much to write about, which really isn't worth it because you get all the services and more from Northwest Registered Agent for $125.

If you want to know more about their products and services, check out my ZenBusiness review.

5. IncFile

IncFile is a registered agent in New Hampshire that provides very basic New Hampshire registered agent service for $119 per state, per year.

For this price your LLC or business in New Hampshire will get a physical street address in New Hampshire, someone to receive service of process, documents, and mail on behalf of your business or LLC during normal business hours, and mail forwarding, as well as online document access so that you can access the documents and service of process sent to your business or LLC 24/7 through their online portal.

However, their New Hampshire registered agent services don't even include compliance alerts for this price, and they really should.

Alternatively, you can read my IncFile review here.

6. Rocket Lawyer

Rocket Lawyer is a registered agent in New Hampshire that could be described as a cheap knockoff of LegalZoom that provides plenty of online legal services. However, Rocket Lawyer isn't that much cheaper and they definitely don't offer any premium registered agent services, so they can't compete with other premium registered agents on this list.

As your registered agent service, they will provide your business with a physical street address in New Hampshire, accept service of process, documents, and mail for your business or LLC during regular business hours, scan your documents and service of process and upload them to an online portal for you to access with an email address 24/7, and forward your mail. As you can see, this is a fairly standard registered agent service package, but Rocket Lawyer charges $149 for these basic services, and for that price you should at least get compliance alerts for your business.

If you want to know more about Rocket Lawyer, read my full review.

7. Sundoc Filings

Sundoc Filings is another New Hampshire registered agent service whose fee does not reflect their services.

They will provide your business with a registered agent's name and address in New Hampshire, someone to receive service of process, documents, and mail on behalf of your business during normal business hours, and mail forwarding.

The only other service that they provide is online document access for you to access the service of process and documents sent to your business through an online portal and email address.

The downside is that they charge $159 for these basic services. For this price you would at least expect compliance alerts or some type of premium registered agent service.

If you're comfortable paying expensive fees for basic registered agent service, you can read more about SunDoc Filings here.

8. InCorp

InCorp is one of two registered agents on my list that provided me with some difficulty during the rating process. They charge the same fee as Harbor Compliance ($99), which I listed as the best budget registered agent service option, and their service offerings are the same as well.

They will provide your business with a registered agent's name and address in the state of New Hampshire, accept service of process, mail, and legal documents on behalf of your business during normal business hours, give you online document access through an online account and email address, and provide compliance alerts and mail forwarding.

They even offer identity theft protection, which is typically a premium registered agent service. And they are a national registered agent with an office address in all 50 states, providing discounts if you sign up for registered agent service for multiple states or multiple years. All of this sounds great, right?

The reason that InCorp is so far down my list of the best registered agents in New Hampshire is that their online system is a frustrating nightmare to use and navigate. It is so clunky and full of glitches that InCorp landed itself in the “don't bother” section of my list.

9. Swyft Filings

Swyft Filings is another registered agent in New Hampshire that also provides LLC formation services, so they can not only meet the registered agent needs for your business but also help you form an LLC.

For $149 per state, per year, they'll provide your business with a street address in New Hampshire, accept mail, documents, and service of process for your business during normal business hours, scan your legal documents and service of process and put them on an online account, forward your mail, and issue compliance filing alerts.

However, they charge roughly $25 more than Northwest Registered Agent's services, but they don't offer any extra services to justify this price.

You can read more about Swyft Filings's registered agent service here.

I have also written an in-depth Swyft Filings review where you can learn more about their services and offers.

10. CSC Global

CSC Global could be lumped in with the other New Hampshire registered agents who simply charge more for their services than the’re worth, but CSC Global is a different situation. CSC Global is what I referred to as a “premium” registered agent service.

They charge $299, which is typical of a premium registered agent. They provide the basic registered agent services, such as providing your business with an address in New Hampshire, accepting mail, service of process, and documents on behalf of your business during business hours, and scanning your documents and uploading them to an online system for you to access using an online account and email address.

But the real drawback here is that the only “premium” service that they offer is covering any filing fee that the state charges your business when you file a statement of change of registered agent form to switch over to their registered agent services.

However, at $299 per state, per year, they charge $176 per year more than Northwest Registered Agent. There is no state filing fee associated with changing your registered agent in New Hampshire that costs that much.

So you could easily appoint Northwest Registered Agent as your registered agent service, file the statement of change of registered agent form, and pay the state filing fee yourself for less.

If you would like to pay expensive rates for “premium” registered agent services, you can read more about CSC global here.

11. Registered Agents Inc.

Registered Agents Inc. is the second on the list of New Hampshire registered agents that confused me. They are the only registered agent on this list who specializes solely in registered agent services in New Hampshire, so you would think that means that they have excellent services, right?

For $200 per state, per year, Registered Agents Inc. will provide your business with the all-important address in New Hampshire, accept service of process, documents, and mail on behalf of your business during regular business hours, scan your documents and upload them to an online system for you to access with an email address, and provide compliance alerts.

They are also a national registered agent service with an office in all 50 states, and as such, they provide a multistate discount when you sign up for registered agent service in more than one state.

But for $200 per year, you would expect that they would at least provide your business with mail forwarding or some sort of premium registered agent service like identity theft insurance.

If you would like to learn more about Registered Agents Inc.'s ridiculously expensive New Hampshire registered agent service, click here.

12. Jumpstart Filings

The reason that Jumpstart Filings is so far down my list is that they are yet another New Hampshire registered agent service that provides the absolute minimum but charges a hefty fee.

For $129 per state, per year, they will provide your business with the address in New Hampshire that it needs to meet legal guidelines, accept your service of process, mail, and documents during regular business hours, and upload your documents to an online system that you can access with an email address.

But they charge $4 per year more than Northwest Registered Agent, and you won't even get mail forwarding or compliance alerts for that price, so I can't recommend their services.

If you would like to learn more about Jumpstart Filings click here.

Registered Agent Review Summary

When I investigated over 60 noncommercial and commercial registered agent services in New Hampshire and then ranked the top 12, it became clear that Northwest Registered Agent was the best registered agent service in the state.

They provide all the registered agent services that your business needs and they back it with their industry-leading customer service team, while only charging $125 per state, per year for these excellent services.

You won't find any premium registered agent services among their offerings, such as identity theft insurance, but you will be delighted by how easy their online system is to use, and you can't beat their customer service.

Whether you have a new limited liability company and are looking for an excellent registered agent service, or you have an established business and want to change your New Hampshire registered agent service, Northwest Registered Agent is the way to go.

Best Registered Agent Review Methodology

Here is how I concluded that Northwest registered agent is the best registered agent service in New Hampshire.

Why You Should Trust Me

The reason you should trust me when it comes to registered agent services is that I have probably more experience than anyone else in this field. I have more knowledge about registered agent services than some people who work for registered agent services.

It all started when I needed to find a registered agent service for my two businesses.

I knew enough to know that I didn't want any trouble from the Secretary of State and that I couldn't miss a service of process. So I set about reading through tons of advertisements and promotional material put out by each of the agents on this list in order to separate the fact from the hype.

I'm not even sure how many hours that I spent reading online reviews, and I racked up hefty phone bills talking to customer service and sales teams for each service on this list.

The second reason that you should trust me is I have helped thousands of people find the ideal registered agent service for their businesses.

When I guided my friends, family, and colleagues in my local business community through the process of finding a registered agent for their businesses, it became apparent to me that the knowledge that I had about registered agents was not common and that I should share it.

Since the launch of my website I've helped thousands of people find the right registered agent for their business, and I'm confident that I can help you as well.

How I Selected the Best Registered Agent

Over the course of my investigations, I developed a four-stage process for determining the best New Hampshire registered agents.

Stage 1: Reviews

I spent the first stage of the process reading online reviews for each registered agent service. This led me to spend hours on sites like TrustPilot, Facebook, Google, and many other online review sites to see what people had to say about each company.

The main issue with online reviews is that they are often incredibly polarized. Most reviews only describe the best or worst aspects of each registered agent’s customer experience. This did help me get an idea of what each company is like, but to see the whole picture I would have to dig deeper.

Stage 2: Website Analysis

Once I’d managed to eliminate the scams and bad deals, the next stage of the process was to examine the website of each registered agent.

I did this by visiting each web page and reading through their “About Us” sections and their promotional pages to see what each company had to offer. If I ran into anything confusing or unclear, I would check out their support channels to see if I could find the answers I needed.

This stage left me with a 13-row, 24-column spreadsheet that broke down each registered agent into their basic offerings.

Stage 3: Speaking with Real Customers

After developing the spreadsheet, the next step was to reach out to past and current customers of each registered agent.

The main difference between this stage and reading online reviews is that, as previously mentioned, online reviews are often polarized. After reading about the highs and lows, I needed to see what the average customer’s experience with each service was.

Many of the customers I spoke to were people I had previously helped find their own registered agents. Some of them were even family and close friends I had made during my business journey.

This stage allowed me to get a feel for what the average customer’s experience was with each registered agent and helped form a much clearer idea of each registered agent company’s service.

Stage 4: Speaking with Their Sales Teams

The final stage of my investigation was to reach out to each registered agent’s sales team.

Sales teams are infamous for giving out biased information, exaggerating features or services, and otherwise bending facts to encourage customers to buy their goods or services. It is still worthwhile to see how they respond to criticism, and if you ask the right questions they can give you more information than they realize.

As a part of this process, I would take note of how each registered agent service’s sales team responded to feedback and criticism. Some sales teams would go out of their way to try and improve the customer experience, whereas others would shift the blame away from themselves. This allowed me to see which registered agents valued improvement and which ones blamed others for their shortcomings.

Rating Factors

My investigative process eliminated nearly 50 noncommercial and commercial registered agents and left me with a rough draft of the list featured in this article. Next, I used the following five factors to rank each of the 12 remaining registered agents for your New Hampshire LLC.

Factor 1: Offerings

With such a wide variety of products and services available on the market, the search for a registered agent can feel overwhelming. Some services offer the basics, such as mail forwarding and a registered address, while others offer features like compliance alerts and online document access.

Some registered agents offer same-day document and important mail scanning, whereas others include identity theft protection as part of their services. Other registered agents also provide LLC formation services, assisting with filing your LLC formation documents.

With so many products and services available, it was vital to rank each registered agent by their offerings.

Factor 2: Value for Money

The range of products and services available isn’t the only factor I had to consider when making this list. The value each registered agent provides is also an essential factor.

The value each registered agent provides for the money they charge you is important. Some companies charge rates as high as $299 per year but only offer the minimum service. Other companies advertise prices as low as $39 per year but leave the exact nature of their services vague and unclear.

During my investigation, I found many noncommercial and commercial registered agents charging in the $39–$59 range were using this vague and unclear language in their promotional material. Further investigation revealed that, while true at the point of entry, this price didn’t even include the most essential services. In fact, to get even the most basic level of service from these registered agents you would end up paying over $120 per year in additional fees.

Any registered agent I found that engaged in this deceptive marketing strategy was promptly removed from this list.

Factor 3: Ease of Sign-up

There are few things more frustrating than a lengthy or difficult sign-up. A confusing onboarding process can deter a customer from the best deals, so rating each registered agent according to how simple and easy it is to sign up for their services was important.

I accomplished this by taking note of how many pages and forms I had to fill out when subscribing to each company’s services. The longer or more complex the sign-up process was, the lower that company would be placed on this list.

Factor 4: Ease of Use

An easy sign-up process is a definite plus, but if the company’s online system isn’t easy to use then that can be a serious red flag.

A poorly designed and cumbersome system is the last thing you want from a registered agent. A well-designed system should be simple to use and easy to navigate and be focused on user-friendliness. Poorly designed systems can often make you want to throw out your computer and consider switching to a different service, so it's important to consider ease of use when ranking each registered agent.

Registered agents with poorly designed systems and technical issues were ranked lower on this list.

Factor 5: Customer Service

The real deal-breaker for many people is customer service and support, and this is no different when it comes to registered agents.

Even with the best systems and services available, there are still going to be issues that you won’t be able to solve on your own. It’s in these instances that having a good customer support team at your back makes a world of difference. A good team will have your questions answered and issues resolved as quickly and accurately as possible, whereas a bad team can leave you with more questions than answers.

I reached out to each company’s customer support team and asked them a fairly standard series of questions to gauge their politeness, promptness, and overall efficiency. The faster and more accurately a team could answer my questions, the better they would rank on this list.

The Best New Hampshire Registered Agent Results Summary

After investigating over 60 New Hampshire noncommercial and commercial registered agents and reviewing the top 12, here are my picks for the top 3 registered agents in New Hampshire:

Best Overall Registered Agent — Northwest Registered Agent (9.13/10)

Northwest Registered Agent is my top recommendation for a registered agent service for your New Hampshire business.

They’ll provide you with an excellent customer support team comprising former lawyers, small business owners, entrepreneurs, and accountants that are all based in the US. This team is available anytime you need assistance with any number of business issues, so they provide help beyond simple technical issues with your account.

On top of that, Northwest Registered Agent also provides every possible service your business needs to make compliance with New Hampshire state law a cakewalk. Their compliance alerts system will make it easy to track your important filing dates, and their same-day important mail and document scanning will make sure you never miss any important papers they receive on your behalf.

Northwest Registered Agent provides all these services at a rate of only $125 per state, per year. That’s less than half of what many so-called premium services charge and Northwest’s service goes above and beyond the industry standard. And with over 3,000 positive Northwest Registered Agent reviews online, you can be certain that my experience was not merely a fluke.

If you want a registered agent that raises the bar on quality, check out Northwest Registered Agent today.

Best Budget Registered Agent — Harbor Compliance (7.92/10)

If you need to reduce costs or are working with a limited budget, then Harbor Compliance is my best recommendation for a budget-friendly service that still provides adequate quality.

At a rate of only $99 per year, Harbor Compliance offers their services at a rate lower than most of their competitors. Included in this service are the essentials, like a registered address in New Hampshire and a legal point of contact. Harbor Compliance will also provide document scanning and an online account to access those documents.

Their customer service team is adequate, but hardly the expert group that Northwest Registered Agent provides.

They are still a great option, and the hundreds of positive Harbor Compliance reviews online prove just that.

If you need to save money or reduce costs for your business, then check out Harbor Compliance.

Best Premium Registered Agent — LegalZoom (6.59/10)

If you’re in the market for a premium registered agent service that also includes identity theft insurance, then LegalZoom is my recommendation for your New Hampshire registered agent service.

LegalZoom offers a registered agent service with a $1,000,000 identity theft insurance policy, so you can have some peace of mind when it comes to identity protection. They also provided templated legal documents as part of their online legal services, but that requires a separate subscription.

LegalZoom’s registered agent service is available for $299 per year, but considering that you can often find comparable identity theft insurance for rates lower than the $176 price difference between LegalZoom and Northwest Registered Agent, they don’t provide as much value as other services on this list.

FAQ

What’s the difference between a statutory agent, a commercial registered agent, and a noncommercial registered agent?

In the state of New Hampshire, the terms “statutory agent,” “commercial registered agent,” and “noncommercial registered agent” all refer to the same thing: registered agent services.

There isn’t any kind of legal distinction between a statutory agent and a registered agent. In fact, the term statutory agent is just an older term for a registered agent. Similarly, the term “commercial registered agent” refers to individuals or businesses that have chosen to list themselves with the New Hampshire Secretary of State, and those that have not. So you don’t have to change your New Hampshire registered agent if their branding refers to them as a noncommercial registered agent or a statutory agent.
