Congratulations! Any time you start a new business or open a business in a new state, it\u2019s a rush. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In this article, I\u2019ll go over the steps necessary to form an LLC in Delaware, but before I get into that I\u2019m going to cover a few of the basics about what a Limited Liability Company (LLC) is and the advantages of choosing an LLC over other business models. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
